Growing up in NY you get expose to Mexican food. My baby sitter was from Mexico so she use to make amazing food. So living in Japan I really miss good Mexican food. Me and my wife found a great place called La Jolla which means the jewelry in Spanish. La Jolla is located in Hiroo.
This place is very cute and has a authentic feel to it. With Mexican music playing in the back ground.
I recommend Burritos, Taquitos, kahual and coffee. Now you may say you have Mexican food but actually it's Tex-Mexican. Try this place and then tell me what you think.
Tell me where I can find some mangu in Tokyo. That's all I ask.
ReplyDeleteHey Ramon
ReplyDeleteI found your blog after searching how many of us Dominicans live in Japan. After reading your miss adventures all i could do was laugh and say hey we Dominicans can walk anywhere. LOL. Also so true most mexican cuisine we Dominican Americans know is the tex-mex version but that looks delicious bro. Also I was curious since you are in Japan does the time difference affects how you communicate with your family here or even in DR? thanks
